Volkoder and Korolova “Waiting For You” brings the two producers together for their first collaboration, while also marking both artists’ debut on Drumcode.

The collaboration had already reached major stages before its official arrival on Drumcode. “Waiting For You” appeared in sets at UNVRS, Tomorrowland and EDC Las Vegas, giving audiences an early introduction to the track ahead of its release.

Speaking about the track, Volkoder explained that the goal was to blend those different characteristics into a production capable of working during both peak-time and more emotional portions of a set.
Korolova also described the collaboration as a balance between emotion and energy. According to the producer, working with Volkoder allowed them to combine powerful rhythms with a deeper melodic feeling.
That combination forms the foundation of Volkoder and Korolova Waiting For You, with the recurring vocal and melodic elements sitting alongside the track’s driving rhythmic structure.
A First Collaboration and Drumcode Debut
“Waiting For You” represents two firsts for the producers. It is Volkoder and Korolova’s first collaboration together and the first release from either artist on Drumcode.

Those releases provide additional context for the collaboration, bringing together two producers who had each maintained their own release schedules before joining forces for their first Drumcode record.

Beatport officially categorizes “Waiting For You” as Melodic House & Techno. The Original Mix runs for 5 minutes and 48 seconds, sits at 128 BPM, and is listed in G Major. The release carries the Drumcode catalog number DC355.
The track also adds a new label to both artists’ Beatport catalogs. Beatport currently lists “Waiting For You” as the sole Drumcode track under both Volkoder and Korolova, consistent with the release being their respective debuts on the label.
