Claude VonStroke Returns: A New Chapter with 'I Was the Wolf' EP and Life of Leisure Tour"
Claude VonStroke
is making a comeback. After moving to his alternative beat project as Barclay Crenshaw, the Dirtybird founder is returning to house music.

Claude VonStroke first release after the break is a two-track EP titled *I Was the Wolf*. The title track showcases his unique sound with a minimalistic approach. The second track, “Move with the Pack,” features jazzy keyboard melodies over serene electronic layers and a downtempo beat.

The EP was released exclusively on Beatport on April 11 and will be available on Spotify and other major platforms on Friday, April 25. Fans eager for early access can join his private community, Claude’s Club. Crenshaw shared details about this staggered release in his newsletter:

“Following the Life of Leisure indie mentality, my new music is available to fans weeks before the general public hears it via streaming,” Crenshaw stated. “If you primarily use Spotify or Apple Music, don’t worry! My music will still be there, just eight weeks later, like a movie going from theaters to cable.”

This “Life of Leisure indie mentality” also influences his upcoming tour, aptly named the Life of Leisure tour.

“I won’t compete with mainstream big room tracks. I aim to create my own lane, inspired by you—the legendary dance-floor enthusiasts who deserve something fresh,” Crenshaw shared on Instagram. “The Life of Leisure tour reflects the lifestyle I want to embrace right now. It’s not about lounging on a beach in Mallorca; it’s about creating a safe haven for everyone in the club to enjoy themselves and escape their worries, including myself!”
