Its seems as though there’s a resurgence of Latino-influenced music making its way into the mainstream. In 2016, Deorro paired with Elvis Crespo for a merengue-infused “Bailar.” Then, Luis Fonsi and Justin Bieber put out “Despacito,” which landed at the top of many charts and later became the most-streamed Spanish language song since “La Macarena.”
Dillon Francis has also decided to explore this exciting and reinvigorated route for song composition, standing out from the recent batch of Spanish-infused EDM with his heavy-hitting new single, “No Diga Más.” He entices the senses with heavy trap drops and roaring synths that achieve their purpose of catalyzing wild movement. Rapper Serko Fu adds extra flair to the finished effect, spitting out rapid fire verses in Spanish that complement its high-charged nature.
